RETURNS
We understand that a piece of art might look different in person than you expected.
We offer 100% store credit for returns, so you may select another piece. You must contact Alexander Lucent Gallery, LLC, within five business days of receiving your art.
Art must be shipped back within three days of informing us that you would like a store credit and must be shipped in its original packing material.
Customer pays all shipping costs. Purchases can be exchanged for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
Should any merchandise arrive damaged or defective, Alexander Lucent Gallery, LLC, will provide a courtesy exchange for the same item(s).
Please contact Alexander Lucent Gallery, LLC, within five business days if this is the case.
LEAD TIME
Each piece is crafted to order, until the limited edition is no longer available. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for most pieces, plus 3-6 days for delivery. However, any specific lead times mentioned on an individual piece take precedence over this time frame. Alexander Lucent Gallery, LLC will not ship to P.O. boxes.
